In the glass we experience it with a fine perlage. In the nose is a fresh scent of green apple, apricots and some biscuit. On the palate we feel its fine mousseux and the filling, flattering body with fresh acidity. The finish is long and fine. The aromas are similar to those of the nose. They remind of ripe apples and apricots, biscuit and caramel as well as fresh bread dough
